I’m Nathan Lawrence I work at Frontier Developments as a principal technical animator, I have almost 10 years of experience in the industry having worked in both film and games on a variety of projects such as The Lion King, Suicide Squad: Kills the Justice League and most recently Warhammer Age of Sigmar: Realms of Ruin. During my career I’ve had the opportunity to not only work on some fantastic projects but also on creating tools and pipelines that help animators daily, some have been small and simple like making display layers searchable in Maya, and some big and complex like creating a cinematics pipeline.
About Frontier Developments
Frontier’s founder, David Braben, began his work in games back in 1982 when he co-authored the seminal game Elite. David founded Frontier in 1994 in order to build a team to continue creating high quality, innovative games in the rapidly evolving games industry. Frontier has thrived over the subsequent three decades with serial successes across a wide variety of titles including Elite Dangerous, Planet Coaster, Jurassic World Evolution, Planet Zoo, F1 Manager and Warhammer Age of Sigmar: Realms of Ruin, our first RTS project.
As an independent developer and publisher with a legacy of much-loved titles for PC and consoles over the last 30 years, we are passionate about creating authentic worlds through innovative, genre-leading games.
