How do I book tickets?
All BFX Festival and masterclasses tickets should be booked online via our Eventbrite pages, please see tickets for full details.
What payment methods are available?
Payment can be made by credit or debit card via Eventbrite at the time of placing your order. Bournemouth University may also invoice you where we have agreed to this payment method. All correctly submitted invoices must be paid in full and in cleared funds within 30 days of the invoice date.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds can be requested and will be issued via Eventbrite up to 1 day before the BFX Festival starts on Tuesday 1 October. Tickets will be non-refundable after this time.
Can I take part in the BFX Festival?
We welcome new speakers and studios at BFX year on year, please email email@example.com for details of how to get involved.
Is there an age restriction?
Festival and masterclass attendees should be 16 years +. You may be asked to provide proof of age at check-in.
Is the Festival line-up likely to change?
The Festival line-up is subject to change in unavoidable circumstances. All registered visitors will be informed of any changes and these will be displayed on the digital screens at the event.
What happens if I arrive late?
If you arrive late to either a main stage presentation or masterclass it will be at the discretion of the event organisers to determine when is suitable to allow you access.
Is it OK to take food and drink into the festival?
Yes, but please note food and hot drinks are not allowed in the Tregonwell Hall.
Can I take photos, video?
Due to the nature of the content being shown at the BFX Festival, we cannot allow photos or any video footage to be recorded during the talks and masterclasses. If you are seen doing this you will be asked to leave.
