Mandy Wong – Mori Mori Studio
Creator / Showrunner / Art Director
With 16 years of London industry experience across 20+ VFX and animation productions in film and TV. Mandy is a Show Creator, Art Director, Character Designer, Illustrator and VFX Look Dev Artist.
Her work can be seen in television, movies and limited edition fine art. As a Look Dev Artist, Mandy has used her eye for detail to bring life to the iconic ABBA for shows like “ABBA Voyage” and blockbuster movies like “Wonder Woman” in high end VFX Companies including Industrial Light & Magic and Moving Picture Company.
As an Art Director for Blue Zoo Animation Studio and Character Designer Mandy has built Millie and Lou’s world, filling it with fantastical characters. Now as Co-founder/Creative Director at Mori Mori Studio, Mandy is focusing on original content IP creations such as “Millie and Lou”.
Rory Cooke – Mori Mori Studio
Creator / Showrunner
Rory is an experienced series director with 16 years of experience in the London animation industry, contributing to 30 animated series. Currently, directing Obki series 3 for Sky Kids at Ritzy Animation.
He is also the Co-Founder of Mori Mori Studio. Creators of “Millie and Lou” which launched in 2022 as a YouTube Originals.
Before that Rory was the Head of Assets at Blue Zoo Animation Studio, responsible for a department of over 30 artists, working on multiple shows. Where he managed, mentored and trained asset supervisors and planned the asset workflow for all long form productions.

Mori Mori Studio are the creators for the incredibly cute animated series Millie and Lou. Mori Mori specialise in developing Original IP for Animated Series. We are passionate about creating cute and unique characters along with whimsical art styles with a lot of heart!
We are a London based studio co-founded by Mandy Wong and Rory Cooke. Between Mandy and Rory they have a combined industry experience of 30 years in children’s animated series and live actions feature films. Collectively contributing to over 40 productions.
