As a part of the BFX Festival, the BFX team held its annual BFX Competition Awards Ceremony. The ceremony, hosted at the Bournemouth International Centre was hosted by Co-founder of Blue-Zoo Animation Studio – Tom Box, and Managing Director of Outpost VFX – Danny Duke.

The Competition was sponsored by Kingston Smith, with eight teams managing to make it to through to this year’s finals where they went head to head to create short animated videos for two charities. Helped by mentors from within the industry, the teams made high quality videos for the chosen charities; Re-Cycle and Debra.

The BFX Competition Awards night sought to highlight the best in these videos and congratulate the students on their work.
