Aardman confirmed to speak at BFX Core

The BFX Festival will see animation company, Aardman, speak at BFX Core.


Aardman will be speaking at BFX on Wednesday 30 October on all things animation.

The company is based in Bristol and was co-founded and run by Peter Lord and David Sproxton, Aardman is a world leader in animation.

It produces feature films, television series, advertising and digital entertainment for both the domestic and international market. Their multi-award winning productions are novel, entertaining, brilliantly characterised and full of charm that reflects the unique talent, energy and personal commitment of the very special people who make up the Aardman team.

Some of the work produced by Aardman includes Shaun the Sheep The Movie, Wallace & Gromit and Morph alongside  high profile advertising campaigns for clients  such as Chevron, BBC, Serta, Department of Health, Nike, McVities and Kelloggs.

The studio’s work is often imitated and yet the company continues to lead the field producing a rare brand of visually stunning and amusing independent and commercials productions.

Members of the team from Aardman will also be at the Careers Hub on Friday 2 October in the Purbeck Lounge, next to the speakers hall, from 10am – 6pm.
